■ Parties or behavior that threatens the tranquility of the neighborhood are not permitted. You are required to respect and make proper use of the facilities, furniture and decoration of the apartment and common areas, for the sole purpose of accommodation. Due to local regulations and company policy, noise will be avoided in the apartments during quiet hours (10 p.m. - 9 a.m.)

 ■ You receive fully furnished and equipped accommodation, which you must deliver on the day of departure under the same conditions as you received it. The client accepts and agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition and in which it was delivered. Any damage to the apartment, furniture, building elements, decoration or dirt beyond reasonable will be considered “property damage”. Such damage may result in additional costs. Furthermore, we remind you that Alivetu is an accommodation provider as detailed in the reservation/confirmation contract; and that all elements and amenities of the apartment are for your convenience and comfort. The replacement or absence of these does not entail refunds or compensations either in money or in kind.

■ You must lock the door each time you leave the apartment. Alivetu is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal effects. Also during your stay you will be responsible for the use and safekeeping of your apartment keys, in case of loss or leaving the key inside, a penalty may be applied.

■ Pets/animals are not allowed.

■ Strictly only 2 people per gite.

■ No candles are allowed in our gîtes.

■ The cottage must be cleaned and made clean at departure or possibility final cleaning option at the rate of 30 €
